Morlock Ruins

Took a walk along the Quarry Trail along the American River just outside of Auburn today. Discovered the ruins of an old Limestone Quarry about 1.2 miles from the parking lot on the south side of the river. Many of you old-timers probably have seen these before, but it was my first time and I thought they were pretty cool... like the structures that the Morlocks lived in in the 50's movie, "The Time Machine". Thought I'd post them for anyone who hasn't seen them before.

For those not familiar with the concept, the modern day Forums on line grew out of the old Bulletin Board Systems of the 1980's and 1990's, pre Internet.

They are a place to post topics, and to respond to topics others have posted. It's like a blog, but there is not one dominent personality in charge. You have the ability to go back and edit your posts, and add pictures to your posts.
